The Senior Vice President, Administration and Shared Services, Marketing and Communications, is a key strategic leader responsible for ensuring that programs, services and resources are in place to support successful marketing and communications efforts and major initiatives. Responsibilities include leading integration activities of the Marcom team, strategic oversight of brand activation/implementation aligned to integration work and strategic and implementation oversight of major initiatives as identified by EVP/CMCO. Provides senior-level leadership of key functions in the marketing department, including shared services such as creative services, web/digital, consumer research and marketing operations.
- Establish and advance a comprehensive approach to marketing and communications administrative and shared services.
- Foster a results-oriented environment with a focus on measurable improvements aligned with business goals.
- Lead strategic thinking and ensure accountability in developing and executing long-term strategies.
- Serve as a key member of executive teams and committees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to drive integrated solutions.
- Build and lead high-performing, cohesive teams.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships at all levels.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, science, healthcare, or public health administration. Master’s degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 20 years of leadership experience in marketing and communications within the healthcare sector, preferably in large health or hospital systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, diverse teams with varied responsibilities.
