We are seeking a Senior VP General Counsel who will design and execute our legal strategy to support our organization’s objectives and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and lead the legal strategy in alignment with our business strategy, while considering legal, regulatory, and supervisory requirements.
• Act as a key advocate for our mission, core values, and desired behaviors, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
• Nurture talent within our Enterprise Shared Services, focusing on identifying, developing, and retaining individuals with the necessary legal expertise and skills.
• Provide strong leadership and oversee performance management and staff development activities.

• Juris Doctor degree and active licensure to practice law.
• Proven track record in leading legal strategy and compliance.
• Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and supervisory frameworks.
