Reporting directly to the President of the USA, this role presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to Manage and ensure the successful functioning of all non-operational functions within Credit Corp Solutions to support the business in achieving its financial targets and strategic growth objectives. This includes IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, Customer Care and Office Admin.
- Establish resource and operating plans for all shared service functions to support achievement of business objectives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, operating systems, monitoring systems and controls within each non-operational function to ensure successful service delivery
- Act as a senior point of contact for external providers of HR, administrative, mail, technology and other service provision vendors.
- Provide on-site, day to day supervision for Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning & Development, Customer Care and IT employees.
- >10 years management experience
- >5 years shared services management experience
- >3 years project and change management experience
- >3 years vendor management experience
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated analytical experience
- Proven ability to identify and manage risk
- Success in leading teams
- High level business communication
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office
