Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team? Join to lead our Billing Solutions team and take the helm of our receivables back-office operations, driving efficiency, delivering excellence, and ensuring partner satisfaction across multiple countries. An ideal candidate has a mix of technical, managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Lead a team of 4 Team leaders and the billing, invoice auditing, dispute management back-office functions, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to EMEA countries.
- Drive partner satisfaction by delivering cost-effective, high-quality services while fostering continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align requirements with standardized processes.
- Proactively manage escalations, drive operational efficiencies, and support the implementation of innovative IT and process solutions.
- Oversee compliance with tax, legal, and statutory regulations, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Own compliance with SOX controls for the area, ensuring rigorous adherence to internal processes and standards.
- Promote collaboration across the BSC organization to drive alignment, innovation, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
- Basic accounting understanding.
- Fluency in English (additional European language is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in a multinational environment and 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, talent and team development.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in receivables or shared services functions.
- Understanding of end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including collections, disputes, and cash applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage conflict and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced setting.
