The role of the Services Director is to lead the client Services engagements. This is a leadership role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Services teams are responsible for the deployment, configuration and customisation of the Data Fabric and Exposure Management products.
- The Data Fabric Configuration team is responsible for configuration of the Data Fabric, ensuring required data is ingested, transformed and modelled into the Knowledge Graph. This is a shared services functions consisting of Cyber Security Domain Analysts working across all clients
- Product Configuration teams are responsible for configuring the Exposure Management product across all clients. The team consists of Data Engineers, Domain Analysts, UI developers and QA Engineers
- Services Director is responsible for all aspects of the client Services engagements
- Work with the Client Solutions team in planning, estimation and commercial aspects of new client engagements
- Work with the Product Management and Product Development teams in designing and developing new features required for clients
- Lead the Data fabric and Product Configurations teams in client engagements. Lead these cross functional teams through strong technical and functional leadership.
- Responsible for all aspects of client engagement – project management, release management, stakeholder management and customer satisfaction
- Align to agile methodology – plan, execute, and deliver retrospectives with focus on the delivery of committed outcomes. Continuously measure and improve delivery efficiency.
- Responsible for people development, capacity planning and delivery management. Work with People team to develop Team members and resource projects effectively.
Skills and Experience
- The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role with Product companies in similar domains (ideally cyber security, data analytics).
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and technical audiences.
- Excellent people management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to present to audiences of different participants (e.g., executives, clients, technical peers, non-technical professionals) and size of groups.
- Capability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and client requests effectively within SLA contractual obligations.
- Experience and knowledge in various Big Data technologies and cloud platforms.
- Strong technology background or proven knowledge in the cybersecurity domain with technology exposure.
- Experience in Agile planning, execution and continuous improvement. Adept in using Jira & Confluence
Education
- Masters / Degree in Engineering preferably Computer Science
