• Oversee and manage the shared service accounting team, ensuring efficient operations aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with relevant accounting standards (IFRS, TAS, or SAK).
• Liaise effectively with various departments to provide financial insights and support, enhancing decision-making processes.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
• Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial reports and statements.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate risks.
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, driving process improvements and efficiencies within the shared services environment.
• Utilize ERP systems to enhance reporting and accounting processes, with a preference for SAP experience.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in auditing, with at least 5 years in a management role within a shared services environment.
• Prior experience in a multi-national company, preferably within the retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Demonstrated high-level problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and operate effectively under pressure.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a self-motivated approach.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong teamwork, planning, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks.

Education requirements

• MBA with a degree in accounting.
• Qualified CPA certification is mandatory.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Thai and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
