This Group is embarking to set-up a Shared Service Centre to support their operations and entities in APAC. This would be a mid-sized set-up and would be an exciting role for ambitious Head of Processes/Functions to step up.

  • Ensure smooth transfer of financial processes and data from Business Units to the SSC.
  • Serve as the primary contact for SSC’s streams and represent the region in the global finance organization.
  • Manage site operations (P2P, O2C, R2R) to ensure high customer service satisfaction and timely deliverables.
  • Ensure facility usage complies with safety and security standards.
  • Establish service levels, performance metrics, and technology requirements in collaboration with SSC stream leads and Business Unit finance teams.
  • Supervise daily operations of SSC employees to ensure prompt delivery of financial services.
  • Work with global process owners to standardize and optimize processes.
  • Support communication of changes and provide training for team members.
  • Monitor staff performance, assess attrition risks, and evaluate process delivery health status.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience with a strong preference within a shared service environment, with an ideal exposure to P2P, O2C and R2R.
  • Experience managing a team of between 15 to 30 staff
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Possess strong analytical and business partnering skills
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage
