Among the HR-related operations of employees of all Group companies in the Japan of approximately 5,000 employees, this service provides employees and Group companies with services that collectively perform employment salaries, social insurance, welfare, educational planning, development of target management systems, and other HR support operations common to each Group company. This organization was newly launched in July 2021 and we would like you to work with your team members (about 7 people) with innovative ideas and passion to expand its capabilities and provide efficient and high service.
The organization consists of the following business services and teams:
*Team in charge of employment management,payroll calculation and social insurance
*Teams responsible for creating educational content and developing and coordinating educational programs
*Team in charge of administrative work related to target management system, employee stock ownership system, health management system,personnel transfers,seconded employees and trainees
*Planning and operation of group-wide health checkups
This position is one of the three pillars of HR and requires you to work closely with the head office in France, the HR managers of the operating companies in Japan, and many team members.
【MUST】
– Experience in employment salary/social insurance, personnel system planning and employment relations (labor policy), human resource development, business partners, etc. (5-7 years)
– Experience in leadership and management (regardless of size)
– Interest in business and strong communication skills
– Business level Japanese and English proficiency
(Usually mainly Japanese.) English is used in conversations with foreign employees who cannot speak Japanese)

– Experience working at foreign-affiliated companies and overseas
– Experience working in the manufacturing industry (automobile-related, electrical appliances, etc.)
