Day to day management of our SSC based in Mexico City. Delivering accounting, finance, procurement, HR services for 3 countries (Mexico, Honduras and United States). Drive and influence senior leadership team for new processes migrations and process improvements. Accountable for SSC Budget. Establishes and manages SLA, Compliance and team/individual performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, e.g., economics, accounting, finance, business administration, information systems, public administration/management. Minimum 15 years of work experience in a combination of finance, human resources, compliance, or information technology disciplines (i.e., experience across several of the functions that this role oversees). Financial or accounting background is required.
