Important Industrial Multinational is looking for an SSC Director for its offices in Madrid.
- Develop and implement the CSC vision and strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with leaders from other areas to understand and address shared services needs.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the CSC, including financial processes, human resources, information technology and administrative services.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and quality of services provided by the CSC.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
- Manage the CSC budget and optimize resources to ensure financial efficiency.
- Supervise human resources planning and management to maintain a highly competent and motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations in all CSC operations.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the integrity and quality of processes.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience with similar tasks
- Very high level of English
- Previous experience in process improvement and tool implementation
- Previous experience in SSC
- Solid knowledge in tool implementations
