Comprehensively direct, manage and ensure the operation of AC’s GBS service towers, following industry best practices and in compliance with AC’s administrative and financial standards, to generate value and efficiencies in the services provided. to AC business units.
- Supervise, Manage and/e Control the daily operation of the service towers, to ensure compliance with SLAs agreed with the business units.
- Plan, Direct and/e Maintain short, medium and long-term operational strategies that ensure the implementation and profitable and efficient operation of services.
- Establish and/e Control the GBS governance model that facilitates the assurance of efficient operation and the delivery of results that the GBS provides to all business units.
- Coordinate, Manage and/e Supervise initiatives to improve customer service and user experience Plan, Manage and/e Direct the management of resources with suppliers that support the service towers, to ensure continuous and uninterrupted operation
- Control and/e Supervise the execution of operating costs, ensuring compliance with budgets.
