• Development of short- and long-term operational goals
• Analysis of operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need reorganization, restructuring, or cost reduction
• Keep updated on local business environment including new legislation as it affects local operations, and give recommendation to ensure compliance and best practices
• Keep the management team abreast with regards to national and industry related policies that could potentially impact business operations in the Philippines.
• Ensures compliance with the Data Privacy and its implementing rules and regulations
• Ensures compliance with good governance principles and anti-corrupt practices

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy
• MBA is an advantage but not required
• CPA license is a plus but not required
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Accounting, Finance or Treasury
• At least 3 years managerial experience
