• Direct the Portfolio area for Colombia, Panama, Peru and Mexico
• Carry out monthly portfolio analysis and reports by age
• Reduce and control the non-performing portfolio
• Determine, calculate and record portfolio provisions in accordance with IFRS and the local accounting standards of each country
• Assist in portfolio collection when necessary
• Maintain very good communication with clients and their payment areas
• Direct the Billing area for Colombia, Panama, Peru and Mexico
• Coordinate the constant updating of electronic billing versions according to local mandatory requirements in each country
• Implement electronic billing in Panama
• Attend and support internal and external audit visits
• Ensure that the different company policies and procedures are complied with.

What education, knowledge and experience do you need?

• Professional in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting or related careers
• +5 years experience in multinational companies
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/Accounting Applications (SAP preferred)
• Intermediate – advanced Excel management
• Ability to effectively manage requests with short lead times and consistently meet deadlines
• Resilient in a changing and dizzying environment
• Experience leading portfolio and billing teams
• Experience in the administration and implementation of electronic billing
• Experience in compliance with closing schedules to file invoices with clients
