Job Type: Full-time

• Development of the shared services organization, generating a culture oriented towards results and internal and external customer service, promoting the development of technical skills
• Responsible for transactional processes and the recording of financial statements
• Definition, execution and control of the company’s financial strategies that ensure the goals of profitability and business liquidity
• Plan, organize and control the activities carried out in the treasury and accounting, finance, IT, institutional purchasing, process management and quality departments
• Promote optimization, standardization and process improvement initiatives for all processes under their responsibility
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement
• Supervise the integration and reconciliation of balance sheets and income statements, etc.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Master’s degree (desirable)
• Advanced English
• Minimum experience: 5 years in a similar CSC position, Accounting Financial Management, Having worked in all areas that are the responsibility of a Shared Services Center
• Desirable in the automotive distributor sector, or where appropriate retail, logistics, manufacturing.
