Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With 170 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).

As our Shared Services Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll use your collaboration, strong leadership, and deep benefits administration experience to lead day-to-day operations for a team of specialists in a fast-paced, real-time call center-like environment. Our Shared Services team is the primary go-to for benefits administration, enrollment support, carrier billing reconciliation, and daily ad-hoc assistance for multiple internal and external clients. To ensure continuous high customer satisfaction, the Shared Services Manager will monitor team email, call, and response queues, providing prompt and professional guidance per Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Along with individual customer support responsibilities, the Shared Services Manager coaches, mentors, and educates subordinates, ensuring everyone is developed to their fullest potential. This role partners with their EH&B Technology management peer to ensure consistency across all accounts and internal processes.
