Our client is a well-known Saudi company owned by a successful Holding company. They’re known for their high-quality products and have many branches around the world.
The Shared Services Manager will oversee the delivery and improvement of all shared services functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and Administration. This role requires strategic planning, process optimization, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to all internal stakeholders.
- Managing and coordinating the delivery of shared services within the organization, such as human resources, finance, information technology, and administrative affairs.
- Analyzing the needs for shared services and identifying the best ways to deliver them efficiently and effectively.
- Developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures for delivering shared services.
- Managing and coordinating teams responsible for delivering shared services across various departments.
- Establishing standards and metrics to measure the quality of services provided and continually improving them.
- Conducting necessary analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve efficiency in operations.
- Coordinating with different departments to understand their shared services needs and meet them.
- Managing the budget and resources allocated to the shared services unit.
- Contributing to the development of appropriate organizational structures and governance for delivering shared services.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the shared services unit and providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Performing other tasks as assigned within the scope of work.
- A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of practical experience in managing shared services or related administrative functions.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in shared services delivery and process re-engineering.
- Extensive familiarity with IT systems and enterprise solutions used in delivering shared services.
- Good understanding of organizational systems, policies, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
