This is a full-time on-site role as a Shares Services Director located in Columbia, MO. The Shares Services Director will oversee the management of shared services operations, including but not limited to finance, human resources, and administrative functions. The role involves optimizing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery.

• Proven experience in a similar role with expertise in finance, human resources, or related fields
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus as well as experience in this role
