The HRO Site Leader is responsible for leading the site operations in support of Strada’s overall strategic plan. With a strong focus on driving customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness, the successful candidate will be responsible for the service delivery model execution, day-to-day operations, building strong customer relationship, team development and process leadership.
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of HRO services.
- Effect the change required to support the repeatable and reliable delivery of HRO services.
- Develop and implement programs in support of North American and corporate goals and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain an operational rhythm that delivers on-going sustainable process improvement and control.
- Align & drive delivery of services for North American customers
- Identify, attract, and retain the professional talent necessary to deliver operational excellence.
- Consistently deliver the quality of service that drives customer satisfaction and provides a differentiated service model.
- Participate in business development opportunities.
- Develop and manage annual budget.
Education & Professional Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university with six to eight years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of management and P&L experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in the shared services or outsourcing space. Ideally, the individual will have experience with an HR, payroll or benefits outsourcing service provider in an operations role. A background with process improvement tools and techniques such as Six Sigma is highly desired. Additional competencies required for this role include:
