We have set various functions up in Poland, Szczecin Office, where more than 100 colleagues provide support and expertise to Össur’s global business.

  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence and value creation for the Össur company.
  • Support growth and increased utilization of the Szczecin office for all functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and support improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
  • Represent the site in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the collaboration among our +100 colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, training program for the local management team securing adequate staffing levels and skill sets.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • extensive experience (10+ years) in global business services management, including a significant portion in a leadership role;
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, driving a culture of excellence and high performance;
  • excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • experience in managing strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations;
  • demonstrated ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives and lead organizational change;
  • sound knowledge of risk management, compliance, and governance principles in business services.
