The Regional Director, Source-to-Contract, will ensure that the GS (Global Services) Procurement Source-to-Contract organization delivers results in support of the Global Services, OneProcurement and Johnson & Johnson business strategy and objectives.

• Lead , mentor, and develop a team of Source-to-Contract managers and professionals: providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing event management, price and other contract terms negotiaton, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management activities, responsibility for delivering based upon the agree SLAs and ensuring policy, tax and local, and legal statutory compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in assigned area of responsibility.
• Support development and implementation of automation and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives within assigned area of responsibility.
• Create Value by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key business partners and leadership in the region and globally with a view to pro-actively understand and constructively influence their needs and expectations.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• An MBA or further advanced degree is desirable.

Experience and skills:

Required

• 10-12 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience with a minimum of 7 years in a management role.
• Prior experience of leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure and managing key stakeholders internally and externally in a service delivery environment
• Strategic mindset. Disciplined data-oriented thinking to be able plan for long term.
• Collaboration, Communication & Influencing Skills: Should be regarded as a constructive player representing Source2Contract and overall procurement in various teams within the company and outside. Should have the requisite communication skills to communicate & influence objectives and then develop collaborative relationships both internally and externally to achieve them.
• Learning Agility & Openness to Change. C omfortable with ambiguity.

Preferred:

• Good understanding of Requisition-to-pay processes and Source-to-settle operations at a high level is preferred.
• Shared Services Industry experience is preferred

Other:

• Fluency in English (written and oral) is required.
• Requires up to 5% domestic and international travel.
