CBRE, the world’s leading real estate services firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to oversee our team of dedicated accountants, maintain our accounting procedures and develop insightful financial strategies.

• Develop and maintain accounting procedures
• Act as a liaison between accounting personnel, management, investors, and customers
• Suggest consulting opportunities based on department’s pricing platform
• Centralize internal and external transitions and audits
• Supervise employees and oversee training and development
• Coordinate team’s daily activities, assign tasks, set deadlines
• Play a part in new business pursuits

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• With 8 – 10 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in Shared Services Center – BSO is highly desirable
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Prior management experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance measurement
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to handle sensitive information
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
