T-Mobile’s Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) team is on a major transformation journey, and we’re seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Manager to play a vital role in shaping and executing communication strategies for this large-scale transformation initiative. As a key member of the Change Management team, you will be instrumental in translating complex change narratives into clear, compelling messages across various channels, including executive and program communications. The right person for this role is highly detail-oriented, has strong program management skills and is excited to take the pen and write the story of transformation for the FP&SC team at T-Mobile!
We are looking for a seasoned communications professional with demonstrated expertise in large-scale system implementations, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrations and/or Shared Service Network transformations. In this critical role, you will be expected to devise, lead, and execute strategic communications in line with our organizational and project objectives. You will leverage your system implementations knowledge to facilitate smooth and successful implementations, articulating new business processes as needed.
You’ll be responsible for creating, defining, and building the story of our transformation internally by participating in the development of T-Mobile’s communication planning process including knowledge of key stakeholders, development of key messages and tactical plans to support the organization’s positioning and priorities. You will act as an advisor on internal communications, media relations and change management for T-Mobile, interacting with internal and external partners and managing implementation. You will be responsible for effectively handling agency and vendor support and getting results through others cross-functionally.
Executive Communications:
- Provide dedicated support to the Transformation Leadership Team in crafting and delivering impactful executive communications.
- Take ownership of executive communication requests, including delivering team meeting materials, written executive communications, and other critical deliverables.
- Responsible for understanding and telling the transformation story in the voice of our leadership team and in ways that bring the story to life for their individual teams.
- Build and deliver change management communications in support of the transformation’s Operating Committee Meetings; developing and creating meeting materials that effectively communicate key messages.
Program and Internal Communications:
- Manage cohesive enterprise storytelling initiatives.
- Support Portfolio communications by orchestrating group collaboration across key program partners and overseeing the core strategy, ensuring comprehensive representation of all relevant aspects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and insights, transforming them into coherent and compelling narratives.
Other:
- Manage detailed inputs for the Change Management Dashboards to track the impact of change communication initiatives across key partner groups.

Preferred candidates will have an understanding of ERP system integrations and shared service network stand-up communications within a finance organization.
- 4-7 years experience of developing & managing complex communication plans in an agency or corporate environment required.
- 4-7 years experience leading direct reports or agency teams in a fast paced, high volume Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations function for a large corporation or agency required.
- Proven experience with executive and program communications in a finance or transformational context (including ERP implementations and/or Shared Service Network transformations).
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messages.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of coordinating diverse inputs to meet communication objectives.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Change Management methodologies and experience in a large-scale transformation project is a plus.
- Telecommunications industry and cross-cultural experience preferred.
- Experience with frontline audiences, Agency/Vendor Management, Brand Governance, Social Media, Event Management, Visual Communications, Analyst Relations, Issues Management, Product Publicity preferred.
- At least 18 years of age
