As the Senior Director of Presuit Shared Services you will lead an exceptional group of talented Shared Services leaders. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high quality services in a hyper-growth environment where priorities can shift fast. You excel at leading operational and change leaders and have a track record of building effective teams and driving organizational transformation and innovation. You are an experienced hands-on leader with an innovative spirit who loves technology and can wear many hats. You will collaborate cross-functionally with many other leaders to deliver on operational effectiveness and transformation. You execute on the company’s vision by driving improved processes and outcomes for internal partners and the customers we serve.

  • Work with Shared Services leadership to execute strategic and organizational changes as set forth by the Executive Management Team.
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase value to internal and end customers, decrease problems, and support the overall shared service centers goals and objectives.
  • Set long-term strategic direction for the presuit shared services functions, anticipate key trends, opportunities and vulnerabilities and position functional support to ensure that infrastructure and systems are stable and support the demands of current programs and future growth.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and industry leading insights to assess service performance relative to benchmark information. Recommends changes/shifts in strategic or tactical direction as appropriate.
  • Provide forward thinking initiatives to accomplish operational objectives which may include organization restructuring, process re-engineering, technological advances, and adaptability to changing business and regulatory environments.
  • Work with the organization leaders at different levels to proactively drive the organization through significant strategic and organizational change.
  • Develop and manage the annual operating plan / budget, action plans and projects to help support and achieve the shared services strategy and the overall business strategy. This includes oversight of vendors and contracts which have a direct impact on the budget. Ensures that proper procedures are in place to facilitate goal achievement.
  • Establish and manage client focused productivity and service quality standards including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to determine the overall effectiveness. Ensure underlying operational performance standards are also established and achieved and in compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Develops work standards and resource requirements to support function operating model in a cloud-based environment and virtual workforce.
  • Establish and maintain periodic benchmarking of shared services costs and quality.
  • Establish continuous improvement plans and drive operational effectiveness by providing clear, transparent, and timely reporting and measurement of SLAs.
  • Encourage a work environment of respect, inclusion, and employee engagement to drive to a culture of high performance. Transform the culture into a service-oriented organization to deliver strategic value as part of the shared services center to contribute to a more rewarding place to work, and to improve operational efficiency.
  • Vendor management. Identify and manage a diverse network of vendors across each service area.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in leadership roles implementing and/or directing cross-functional teams with a Shared Services focus. (Projects and/or ongoing operations).
  • Minimum (10) years’ experience of increasing responsibility with a combination of information technology, finance, supply chain, compliance and or human resources disciplines (i.e., experience across several of the functions that this role oversees).
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in managing budget and/or finances plus foundational understanding of corporate finances and reporting.
  • Working knowledge and ability to direct business process reengineering and continuous process improvement with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to lead project and technology investments (portfolio management).
  • Ability to drive use of data and analytics to establish operational performance indicators such as productivity and quality standards, as well as to drive project performance or problem resolution.
  • Superior diplomatic, influential communication style to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive support for the shared service organization, discrete improvement initiatives, and long-term service expansion.
