The Sr. Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Operations Excellence team. This role will provide direct support to the Senior Director in shaping and executing the shared service vision, strategy, and priorities, projects, initiatives, and operations.

  • Lead and supervise daily deliverables of the Operations Excellence team.
  • Work with other FSSC leaders and members and other finance teams to provide PMO support.
  • Assist the Sr Director – FSSC with the management of all initiatives and projects including global and local projects.
  • Drive the success of designated FSSC initiatives and other global projects.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of SOPs, overseeing processes and workflow documentations and ensure effective and efficient applicability for present and future operations.
  • Act as PMO of assigned projects and ensure all project deliverables are complete, thorough and of high quality.
  • Partner with Sr Director – FSSC in creating and executing a fully optimized and mature shared service center.
  • Support FSSC framework, fostering an environment where excellence is celebrated and is conducive to change and adaptability.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop talents to align with evolving business needs and individual career goals.
  • Foster close collaboration across different FSSC teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead with empathy, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field. Preferably with Lean Six Sigma and Project Management certification.
  • Experience in implementing and managing operational excellence initiatives.
  • Minimum 7 years of team leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of managing projects.
  • BPO/SSC work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines, with willingness to work extended hours.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve operational issues.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environment.
