The TechOps Global Financial Planning & Analysis Team is the central point to handle performance of TechOps. The team has the lead for the planning and analysis processes for TechOps Finance across the different levels of the TechOps organization. Responsible for all processes within the TechOps Finance calendar, including Budgeting, Forecasting and Analyzing Actuals. The team is a close sparring partner to the Division BPA Head & CFO covering operational as well as long term topics.

  • Support Performance Management: Closing: coordinate Outlooks, lead performance analysis and reconciliations. LO / Budget: manage standard overviews for TechOps KPIs and R&O consolidation. Automation: drive further automation and simplification of the existing reporting structure
  • Coordination all system submissions: Overall responsible for all submissions managed by the FP&A team. That includes process management as well as ensuring KPI consistency with the related owners
  • Closing: coordinate the reconciliation of Actuals between systems with between KPI owners, Digital and FP&A team.
  • LO / Budget: coordinate the submissions and be the SPoC for Sites, Platforms, Corporate and Other Business Units. Drive ownership in submissions across the platforms
  • Major Project support: Operations: support ad-hoc analysis received from senior management on regular basis. Long Term: support planning cycle for specific projects
  • Major projects: support the FP&A Head with Project Management related to organizational updates or changes in reporting (building concepts, achievement plans and partners management).
  • Drive key improvement projects end to end, in close collaboration with Systems and Digital teams.

Essential Requirements:

  • TechOps Financial KPIs: Core Profit Contribution (CPC), Production COGS%, Business Unit Sales, Inventory, CAPEX, Core Adjustments and Cash. Flawless submission across all frameworks ACT, Outlooks and Budget. Strong Digital skills & affinity for a clean house reporting, ideally FRA background
  • Very strong analytics, detail orientation and ability to deep dive in processes and systems and the ability to communicate their complexity while remaining solution oriented. Project Management skills to plan, coordinate and complete as per agreed breakthroughs.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to present information to senior leaders.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree or MBA in Finance.
  • At least 8-12 years of experience in financial reporting, planning and consolidation ideally in a pharmaceutical industry.
