The HR Operations team manages policies and programs for the People and Engagement team. The Senior Manager, HR Shared Services Operations will report to the Sr. Director of HR Operations and Employee Relations. In this role, you will lead a team of individual contributors who will focus on updates and building out programs, coordinate update cascades to the people and engagement team and leadership, and track compliance with program offerings to ensure fair and consistent application. Your role as the Sr. Manager will also include developing the team and providing feedback as appropriate. The Sr. Manager will also work alongside peers to collaborate on initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Identify and plan for capital projects as part of the annual capital planning process, Shared Services capital projects by serving as Project Manager, leading project strategy, planning, requirements, build, testing, and implementation
  • Develop and implement project Change Management Plan; larger enterprise-wide strategic projects will involve serving as the HR support center SME, identifying HR process and employee impacts, and supporting the implementation
  • Manage the Shared Services team and Professional career stream (Consultant and Principal levels) and lead their annual goal-setting process, ongoing review and monitoring of the progress of team members’ goals, providing continuous coaching and mentoring and supporting the team members’ professional development
  • Monitor and strategically plan for Shared Services SLA and quality improvements.
  • Work with other stakeholders across people and engagement, IT, and other departments to improve existing programs and create new policies and programs when needed
  • Prioritize work, ensure the entire team is cross-trained and can lean in to support other team members across all HR Operations
  • Update Monday.com and other tools to track progress and notify People and Engagement senior leadership
  • Ability to pivot and work with synergized competing initiatives and indicates aligned goals.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience
  • Desired experience as a program manager
