We are partnering with a client in Fairfield County, CT that is seeking a Sr. Manager HRIS & Data Analytics to assist help guide them through a system implementation and expand upon their data analytics team.

As the HRIS & Data Analytics Manager your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless functioning of HR operations through efficient shared services delivery and optimized HRIS utilization.

  • HR Shared Services Leadership: Manage and lead a team responsible for providing exceptional HR services across the organization. This includes ensuring timely and accurate resolution of HR inquiries, managing employee data administration, and overseeing the delivery of HR programs and processes.
  • HRIS Strategy and Management: Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of HRIS systems. Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to meet evolving business needs. Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity within HR systems.
  • Process Enhancement and Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes within the shared services framework. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship, guidance, and direction to the HR Shared Services and HRIS teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and collaboration to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR business partners, IT teams, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements, align HR services, and ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other systems.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to HR data management. Generate and present reports, analytics, and insights derived from HRIS data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Shared Services, HRIS, or related roles, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Expertise in managing HRIS platforms, data administration, and driving process improvements.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance standards, and HR technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
