As the Sr. Manager, Shared Services Process Improvement, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all projects and improvement initiatives across Shared Services which includes but not limited to Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Tax, Audit, and Community Banking (Treasury).

he Sr. Manager, Shared Services Process Improvements primary focus will be on identifying and managing the timely delivery/implementation of new processes with the goal of streamlining them in order to provide better overall service efficiently.

  • Provide accounting and project management assistance to various areas and processes across all areas of Shared Services. Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Tax, Audit, and Community Banking (Treasury).
  • Drive for efficiency and automation
  • Coordinate with Shared Services leadership and teams to improve quality of services provided and enhance/create performance metrics.
  • Analyze business disputes, research root cause and implement processes and procedures to correct errors in intercompany activity. Coordinate with both the back office and front office to ensure all changes are made as necessary.
  • Document all processes and procedures for training of internal Shared Services teams, as well as training for front office community association managers and potentially community boards.
  • Develop and provide ad-hoc reporting requests related to Shared Services.
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed
  • 5+ years of process improvement and/or business analyst experience in a shared service environment.
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience in areas such as AP, AR, Treasury, and/or Accounting
  • ERP and systems experience with tools such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.…
  • Ability to work in high volume.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Real estate or title experience preferred, but not required.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
