Join Fortune 7 CVS Health as a Sr. Manager of Application Development within the Shared Services and Advanced Technology Delivery (SSATD) organization. As an Applications Development Senior Manager, IBM ODM, you will be responsible for formulating and defining specifications for complex software applications, implementing advanced solutions with the latest version IBM ODM, deploy, configure rules in the Decision Center and Rule Execution Server. Manage user access to Decision Center and Rule Execution Server. Ensure that the business object model and rules are defined consistently for all phases of the project. Ensure that rules can be shared across platforms. Configure trace data sources for testing purposes. Redeploy rulesets and event assets as changes are made. Generate detailed execution reports. Track and monitor rule execution. Experience of test-driven development with Junit and continuous integration environment.

Required Qualifications

• Hands on Experience using Latest ODM version
• Ability to develop according to published standards and design guidelines utilizing Rule Designer, Decision Center and Rule Execution Server
• Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents
• Ability to identify and educate the team on ODM best practices
• Acceptable to work in offshore onsite model
• Ability to work as part of a team with influence across a larger organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrable Service Oriented Architecture and Design experience
• Excellent verbal, written, listening skills
• Knowledge on IBM CP4A
• Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in Insurance domain is an advantage
