As a Sr. People Ops Program Manager you will have a dual purpose role focusing on core programmatic work, providing end to end solutions, ongoing optimization of multiple projects across the People organization. The PM role will focus on two core areas; recruitment marketing/employer branding and HR automation & workflows. This Program Manager is an HR professional who looks around corners, has bias for action to create solutions/outcomes, and drives project delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, planning/project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment. Additionally this role will leverage skills such as, adapt communication style based on audience, ability to analyze complex data, propose and deliver concise solutions, and delivers results with high standards.
- Translate business goals into effective programming and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures for continuous improvement
- Author concise documents communicating results to stakeholders, visualizing data where beneficial to drive decision-making
- Identify roadblocks, drive the resolution of problems, and either manage their resolution or ensure a clear hand-off to the appropriate owner
- Provide scalable processes and rhythms enabling business impact. Monitor progress and champion prioritization and data driven results
- Work closely with People Ops teams to identify process gaps, role clarity issues, and process inefficiencies.
- Communicate with the business leaders to identify, and prioritize, process needs and pain points that influence our ongoing project work and execution
- Influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions
- Plan and execute global strategies to support our recruiting teams in meeting the yearly hiring goals
- Partners with internal stakeholders to build and evangelize digital marketing and content programs that create interest and active consideration by target candidates
- Champion diversity internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion across all elements and experiences
- 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
- 2 years of Lean education through course curriculum, certification, or practical application
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow preferred.
- 1 year of experience/exposure to recruitment marketing
- Organizational skills and experience to prioritize amidst many moving pieces
- Experience using analytics to effectively manage programs and deliverables
- Bias-for-action and focused on results
- Ability to manage projects with a cross functional team across multiple touch points
