- Improve the group-based and information-based employee service system, optimize SOP, regularly optimize and monitor the process operation status, and correct deviations in a timely manner;
- Optimize the human resources employee service operation mechanism, including the integration of business processes, demand resolution mechanisms, service efficiency measurement, customer feedback evaluation, etc.;
- Have a clear idea and understanding of human resources data management, establish, maintain and improve the human resources database according to organizational goals, and provide full support for organizational decision-making through scientific and effective business data, human efficiency data and personnel data management;
- Responsible for building the company’s SSC system, sorting out standards and service processes; have certain strategic interpretation capabilities and human resources data analysis capabilities;
- Responsible for human resources data analysis, and provide data support for human resources business and BP, COE; including but not limited to entry, transfer, and salary accounting
- Responsible for formulating and implementing basic human resources-related policies, systems and methods, and continuously improving the relevant system;
