An SVP- KYC Lead job has become available for a strong KYC leader who successfully managed a team of 300 FTEs in a global CDD capacity and wants to have a more strategic role in a growing financial shared services in the country.

In this role, you will be effectively managing the global customer due diligence (CDD) risk and operations that inhibit the growth and development of the bank.

• Functionally manage a big team of at least 200 FTEs
• Implement effective KYC strategies and process improvement projects covering various jurisdictions
• Build a strong and effective KYC team, create internal opportunities for career progression and talent management
• Develop risk policies, processes, and procedures in line with the headquarters guidelines
• Establish a robust risk awareness and provide adequate training and workshops
• Escalate risk incidents to the management

• At least 10 years’ experience in KYC operational risk management in a global banking financial services company
• In-depth knowledge in KYC, CDD, AML, FATCA and other global compliance regulations
• Ability to communicate and liaise with the both the local and global management committee
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a strategic leadership role for an international bank and successfully managed a team of at least 200 headcounts in a compliance function capacity
• Experience building strong KYC frameworks, programs and transformative global projects for another financial shared services or bank
