The Talent Attraction Center Process Manager is responsible to oversee and manage the entire portfolio of Talent Attraction activities being performed within the Global Business Shared Services (GBS). In this role, your major responsibility is to lead and develop further regional Talent Attraction activities working closely with P&C stakeholders, hiring managers from the markets (ASIA) under the scope of responsibility. The Manager of Talent Attraction creates and delivers innovative approaches in a fast growing business environment and leads an internal Talent Acquisition team and external talent partners.

Being focused on Talent Attraction KPIs model, your role is involved in identifying success stories and bottlenecks in Talent Attraction operations, looking for the best solutions and recommending them to the markets. You lead implementation of best in class practices, processes and systems. You will have an opportunity to manage a team of 14 Talent Advisors, supporting them in their further development, growth and operational activities.

  • Act as a team leader for Regional Talent Attraction operations
  • Ensure efficient delivery of talent advisory services to all stakeholders in line with agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide effective oversight and leadership, including onboarding, training, career and succession advice for team of subordinates
  • Identify opportunities to improve all functional in scope processes and activities – via process elimination, standardization, simplification and automation
  • Own of end to end process for smaller proportion of senior/strategic vacancies with responsibilities as acting Talent Advisor
  • Contribute to Talent Attraction Projects or Improvement Initiatives e.g. Diversity & Inclusion projects, Employer Branding, EVP and empowering Hiring Managers training, etc.
  • Manage Talent Advisor performance against agreed performance standards
  • Have a University Degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • At least 10 years of experience in multinational organization, preferably with 5-7 years of managerial experience in Shared Services environment. Agency experience is an added value.
  • Experience working with international stakeholder is a must
  • Project management and international experience would be extremely beneficial
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), any other languages would be an asset
  • Strong knowledge of HR Processes with an in-depth understanding of Talent Attraction
  • Mastery of the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing and time management skills
  • Reports & Analytics
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors would be a plus)
  • Proven managerial skills, self-starter, capacity to collaborate with international stakeholders
  • Assessment tools and techniques experience would be a plus
