The purpose of the role is to: Lead the implementation of revised Talent management processes in co-ordination with HCBP and Talent COE, Set up a Talent management team within the shared services and define internal monitoring and control mechanisms for defined service delivery parameters, Manage delivery of Talent Management services to business at a consistently high service level.

  • Coordinate in the establishment of Talent management processes and procedures across all lines of business in conjunction with the HCBP& the talent excellence team
  • Ensure a consistent service delivery of Talent management services to business
  • Delivering SLAs/KPIs and improving the efficiency of the operations each year
  • Identify and implement service delivery improvement opportunities and projects
  • Analyzing data derived from Engagement tools and HC dashboards for identifying and designing appropriate solutions for process effectiveness
  • Work with HCBP in identifying process improvement opportunities to deliver a consistent service level
  • Support Talent Management COE in creating a repository of the entire new process map SOPs for all Talent Management processes for future reference Support GBS lead in implementing process improvements
  • 10+ years of general professional experience in Human Resources including at least 3 years of managerial experience and at least 5 years of experience in TM
  • Experience of working across a sector/ different country would be preferable
  • University degree preferably an MBA
  • Very good knowledge of HC processes within BPO/SSC
  • Practical knowledge of SLAs and workload management
  • Time management –ability to focus and get things done and know what business is critical; able to deal with conflicting priorities and ambiguity
