As an Oracle Technical Shared Services Head you will be responsible for leading efforts to optimize Oracle Cloud products and technologies.

Leadership & Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Oracle Cloud services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align Oracle practice goals with broader business objectives.

Practice Management & People Development

  • Build competencies across Oracle Cloud products, maintaining a skills inventory and tracking certifications.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery and optimal utilization.
  • Lead India’s involvement in Peloton’s Oracle Cloud COE adoption, driving tool and accelerator development and ensuring adoption of the latest Oracle technologies.
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing Oracle technical consultants and delivery professionals’ team.
  • Identify and nurture future leaders within the practice, fostering career growth and succession planning.

Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee India’s technical project delivery for US and India projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Act as an Enterprise Architect for key India-led delivery projects, which involves understanding the business strategy and translating it into an IT strategy and execution plan. In this role, you will ensure that the technical solutions support the business goals and are consistent with the enterprise’s IT standards.
  • Provide quality assurance for deliverables and offer constructive feedback to improve processes.
  • Support US leadership by providing project and staffing insights for future proposals.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • Guide recruitment efforts to build a strong, skilled Oracle technical team.
  • Drive fresher hiring, training programs, and mentoring initiatives to ensure project readiness.
  • Conduct performance reviews, address team concerns, and facilitate career aspirations.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay informed on Oracle technical trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and industry events.
  • Develop unique solutions and accelerators to enhance service offerings.
  • Provide domain expertise and insights to align the practice with strategic priorities.
  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
  • 15+ years of experience in Oracle Applications with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS) with strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, HCM , and CX.
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Practice Management, and Delivery Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams of 40+ resources, with expertise in managing global Centers of Excellence (COE) and delivering high-impact solutions. Must have an ability to manage diverse, multi-shore teams and motivate professionals.
  • A solid understanding of complementary platform cloud components to Oracle ERP install base including OACS, OICS, SOACS, DBCS, BI Publisher, etc.
  • Must have at least 8 years of hands-on integration experience, with deep understanding of SOAP/REST API and multiple integration platforms.
  • At least 5 years of SQL experience and a strong understanding of interface mechanisms in and out of Oracle Cloud including Web Services and File Based Data Import and Export (FBDI).
  • Experience and expertise in writing technical specifications in a Fusion Cloud/Middleware environment.
  • Expertise in aligning practice strategies with business goals, as well as strong relationship building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Must have strong verbal and written skills for effective collaboration.
