The management has the right to change the accountabilities, duties and responsibilities, and any other content therein, as deemed fit and in accordance with work requirements.
- Analyzing Training needs across departments and design Training programs which are align with Organizational Goals.
- Lead a team of Trainers and provide clear direction & support.
- Design periodic (Annual/Ad-hoc) Training plans (Operational & Skills development), Training budget, methods (E Learnings, Instructor led training), ROI framework and present to the Management.
- Design & implement regular Training Assessments and Feedback mechanism.
- Leads Organizational initiatives for People’s Learning & Development.
- Ensures all the training materials, manuals, Training records are up to date and regular checks/updates are happening.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Works together with all internal teams/departments & Management to drive Continuous Improvement and Efficiencies via Training.
- Ensure that employees receive mandatory compliance training, track and report the compliance training completion.
- Graduate/Postgraduate, Specialization in Hurman Resource, Learning & Development is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development with strong background in designing, implementing and Training delivery. Experience with Shipping/Logistics would be preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Tech. tools related to Training.
