This is a hybrid role, with your time focused across Swindon, London and working from home. • Leading and developing a team of professional experts to effectively deliver UKSBS Transformation as part of the Government’s Matrix Programme.
• Work with the Chief Change Officer (CCO) to integrate Matrix Transformation activity with other UKSBS change priorities and report progress to the Board, Owners, and other partners.
• Championing modern, agile, effective, and efficient programme and project disciplines.
• Ensuring the UKSBS and the Matrix Programme jointly secure services and partnerships.
• Lead partner transformation, working with the CCO to engagement with the Matrix Programme Government Departments, ensuring benefits are delivered.

Essential:

• A significant specialist background in driving transformational change and major programme leadership in a shared service environment.
• Experience of building and maintaining strong working relationships at a senior executive level within an organisation and with clients, suppliers, and other partners.
• Strong commercial focus and building better engagements.
• Close senior involvement with shared service improvement and major ERP implementation.
• Demonstrable experience of business case development, budgeting, planning and analysis, and significant project / programme delivery.

Desirable:

• Expertise in digital and business transformation, innovation, and adoption of cloud/SaaS.
• Experience of agile development and delivery, and others measures such as such as Lean
• Six Sigma.Experience in the public sector.Likely to be educated to degree level.
