We are looking for a highly experienced project manager with experience in large scale transition projects, Change Management understanding, and strong working knowledge in GBS Finance to be part of an exciting Transition project as a Transition Project Manager. This role will be part of a 2-members team, and responsible for smooth transition of over 20 roles from different countries within APAC to the newly setup GBS center in Malaysia.

• Responsible for project managing ‘Wave 1′ phase of the finance roles’ migration from countries spanning across APAC to Malaysia GBS, ensuring completion by end of Q1 2024
• Coordinate process transitions from senders to receivers, and timelines according to program goals
• Manage challenging and uncooperative senders
• Report timely to the Program Director on all issues, risks and possible transition delays

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevance discipline
• Professional certification in PMP/ Prosci is highly preferred
• Min. 8 years’ experience in fast-paced, project-based roles in MNC environment, preferably in professional services industry. Knowledge in MedTech Sector/ Life Sciences industry is highly preferred but not necessary
• Prior success in managing and delivering large scale transition projects including GBS Finance related
• Excellent change management capability to manage challenging stakeholders
