We are on the search for a Vice President, of Accounts Receivable in Shared Services for a long-time Dallas company. This person will report to one of the most senior leaders in the organization and will play a critical role in the growth of the company and department.
- integrating new vendors/relationships
- development of team members (up to 40: direct and indirect)
- organization around and development of new processes/procedures
- experience with the functional areas of cash application, accounts receivable while promoting elite customer service.
- monitoring and development of KPIs
- strong problem-solving and SOPs development
