Odevo US is currently in the process of establishing several shared services operating at the group level, among which is the provision of access to tailored, relevant, and attractive financial products designed to meet our customers’ specific needs. Odevo’s Financial services team is responsible for developing financial products related to property managers and homeowner associations, which will be launched as services within our companies.
We are currently seeking a Vice President of Banking Services to spearhead the liaison between Odevo companies, clients, and financial institutions in the US. This pivotal role involves guaranteeing our companies’ dedication to safeguarding our clients’ deposit funds, maintaining liquidity for their day-to-day operations, and exploring avenues, whenever feasible, for clients to earn interest on these funds. In this role, you will leverage our growing and international group’s size to establish the best potential partner banks and ensure that all clients within any Odevo company in the US receive competitive interest rates on their deposits. Leading our Banking Services in the US, you will play a central role in the united strategy for the US by creating value for all our companies and clients.
- Establish and foster relationships with financial institutions in the US with which Odevo has Banking services
- Review and negotiate Odevo US Master Services Agreements with potential partner banks where we can improve our clients interest earned on deposits
- Work with Odevo US companies’ finance teams to develop and implement funds allocation plans efficiently while maintaining funds within FDIC limit
- Explore other financial services opportunities (e.g. lending, factoring)
- Establish tracking of client funds and Key Performance and Risk Indicators across the group
- Continuously review our partner bank’s financial stability, monitor financial markets and adjust strategies accordingly
- Onboard new Odevo companies to the Master Services Agreements and revisit agreements as we grow

Experience
- Relevant experience within related field
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel and Word.)
- Experience within the Banking and/or Financial Services industry
- Proficient knowledge of the interest rate market and consumer-oriented fixed income investment products
- Experience of working with property, home, commercial, or residential real estate, providing insights into the specific needs and challenges of the real estate insurance sector, is a plus
