We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Vice President, Business Process Improvements/Best Practices to join our Business Process Improvement & Best Practices team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA- HYBRID/REMOTE.
- Executing against resiliency milestones, deliverables for the team include the coordination and execution of quarterly disaster recovery tests, preparation and execution of data centre rotations across the business services, and governance for all business continuity activities across multiple business services.
- Direct involvement in the review and adaption of the business service definition, aligned with the business service framework, in collaboration with resiliency leads from across the business and technology groups is also required.
- The candidate will be involved in multiple efforts including the creation and maintenance of recovery and resolution plans for all services supported, where collaboration across various lines of business within the firm is needed, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Further scope for development is available as additional resiliency initiatives arise through the continued resiliency journey.
- Bachelors degree required. Graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred.
