Las Vegas Casino conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Finance, to lead a multi-year, multi-property shared services transformation.
Working with the CFO, this person will be responsible for the strategic design and execution of the transformation from inception through implementation.
Ideally we are looking for an individual with 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with significant previous experience and proven track record, including strategic support of senior executives aligning technology, change management, process improvement, governance, and operating model optimization strategies, within a Casino Environment. A CPA designation or background is highly preferred.
Experience with Enterprise Process Management specifically within Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Process re-engineering, and Internal Controls will be key to securing this opportunity.
