In this pivotal role, you will focus on the strategic ownership and continuous enhancement of the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering an exceptional employee experience. Become part of the team and emphasize the integration and consistency of HR processes across all business units and regions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless employee journey.
- Serve as the global owner of the H2R process, managing it from an end-to-end perspective with a focus on employee experience (EX) and business alignment.
- Establish and maintain a robust foundation for the H2R process, including its baseline design, steady-state operations, and overall performance metrics.
- Drive ongoing enhancements, harmonizing processes across regions and business units while ensuring integration with broader HR and business strategies.
- Oversee scoping, documentation, performance evaluation, governance, and compliance of the H2R process to meet local and global regulations.
- Work closely with other Global Process Owners (GPOs), HR, and business stakeholders to align processes and ensure a unified approach across all departments, delivering a cohesive “One HR” and “One Fresenius” experience.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align interests, exchange information, and ensure transparency in ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Ensure that all HR processes are designed to meet organizational and employee needs, prioritizing efficiency and a positive employee experience.
- University degree in HR, Business Administration or another relevant field.
- Extensive experience in HR process design, deployment, and governance, with a proven track record in end-to-end process management.
- Familiarity with core technologies and systems relevant to the H2R process.
- Expertise in process design, improvement methodologies, and principles of change and project management.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on maximizing process efficiency and enhancing employee experience.
- Excellent ability to communicate across functions, regions, and units, with demonstrated success in leading international teams.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to adapt technical changes into business processes effectively.
- Deep understanding of all HR business areas and their end-to-end processes.
