RealPage, a leading global SaaS company headquartered in the United States, is looking for an experienced HR leader as our Head of Human Resources for Philippines. As a key member of the Global HR Leadership Team, and the Philippines Management team, this role will strengthen the people function to support the company’s future growth.
- Lead and manage the people function for our business in Philippines (~2000+ employees).
- This is an end-to-end HR leadership role, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, performance reviews, succession planning and organizational development.
- Responsible for developing HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
- Lead all country-level HR initiatives, ensuring country HR programs are market competitive and compliant with Philippines regulations.
- Be an integral part of the management team, and responsible for integrating HR strategy into the business strategy, addressing core aspects of leadership development, talent management, and performance management.
- This role is responsible for ensuring that organizational talent needs are fulfilled in line with growth objectives.
- Ensure that the right people are in the right positions, including attracting high quality professionals to the organization, and retain the best talent in the company.
- As a part of the HR leadership team, this role will work with the global COE’s to define and bring to life the HR Shared Services and Center of Excellence vision of the company specifically as it pertains to Philippines. This role will need to be a strong advocate of technology adoption.
- The head of the function is also expected to be a strong voice for the talent needs of the country.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the Vice President level with responsibilities for strategic planning and initiatives in global organizations.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty, and driving change in the business.
- Digitally aware and have the ability to harness data and analytics and cultivate and advocate a full understanding of available tools and digital strategies across the organization.
- Operate in a boundaryless fashion driving collaborative decision making with speed and agility.
