  • Drives new patient enrollment through organic growth strategies
  • Manages new patient enrollment funnel driven by local community engagement strategies (e.g. events, mailings, partnerships, etc.)
  • Develops and manages strong partnerships with local broker communities
  • Partners with field operations to support senior membership access, new patient visits, and appropriate attribution strategies
  • Functions as national partner to regional leadership on strategies and plans to drive membership growth
  • Understands and able to articulate the practice value proposition, and be a thought partner with business owners to solve for gaps in our membership growth and retention efforts
  • Owns brand promise and marketing execution
  • Oversees brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing collateral and communication channels.
  • Leads the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our services, programs, and initiatives.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Manages our external communications channels, inclusive of social media and external facing websites
  • Delivers on shared services function to support the business’s communications needs
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure alignment, transparency, and engagement across the organization. This includes drafting and disseminating regular updates, newsletters, and memos to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and achievements.
  • Ability to lead/navigate through urgent internal changes/transitions to support faced paced business environment and ensure consistency of message
  • Been at a Medicare Advantage or PACE organization, preferred
  • Been part of a provider services organization, preferred
  • Run large scale Sales & Marketing function
  • Specifically, has run a sales organization/team and has experience managing a sales funnel and holding accountable to quotas/targets
  • Has deep understanding of MA broker community and organizations
  • Has led communication teams and functions
