• Managing and developing strategies for the global accounting team.
• Creating departmental strategies and objectives, to drive towards establishing a customer-focused, KPI driven team in-line with organizational objectives.
• Monthly and quarterly BOD reporting.
• Providing analysis and recommendations to support financial objectives, growth strategies, and business operations
• Analyzing existing lines of business and potential acquisitions and investments. Present data on trends, opportunities, risks and synergies.
• Developing and maintaining models and forecasts.
• In coordination with the IT department, lead financial operating systems implementation processes.
• In coordination with the VP of Tax, develop strategies to minimize legally required

• Certified Public Accountant designation- required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance- preferred.
• 10 years of experience in senior management accounting positions, including management of people, processes, and external audits. Agricultural or manufacturing experience- preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, including PPV, consolidations, currency reporting, and cost accounting- required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities- required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient presentation skills – required.
• Strong communications, organizational, technology and leaderships skills- required.
