Lead Business & Project mgt. in TPRM SSC is a critical role with primary responsibility of running global tools buildout / enhancements / deployment along with program / project mgt. from Shared Service centre in India. Further the role is also required to ensure that clear documentation / presentation material is created articulating key messages required to provide updates in various governance meetings with senior leadership.
- Partner and track identification, prioritization, development, implementation and migration to platform of choice to host Third party engagements and corresponding reference data including interim solutions may be applicable
- Design, develop and deploy Dashboards to monitor and report KRIs / KPIs for TPRM globally.
- Work with the stakeholders on Outsourcing & Steering Committees related to TPRM function.
- Establish governance routines and timelines to achieve the objectives. Develop comprehensive documentation required for clear communication with management and quicker decision making.
- Establish comprehensive ongoing change management protocol to amend / improve TP engagements processes and corresponding changes in strategic platform
- Proactively work towards optimizing TPRM governance via utilization of latest technologies like robotics, citizen developed quick to market automations etc.
- Be well-versed in all deliverables on the program roadmap and the requirements to drive them
- Be able to lead a team of experienced professionals who have defined set of responsibilities and a variety of areas of focus
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- General Risk management and Controls management awareness
- Strong program management and communication skills background working with multiple stakeholders from different business lines, functions and regions
- Experience in establishing KPIs, KRIs and other critical metrics that support firmwide programs as well as frequent reporting and presentation to management
- Familiarity with Computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with banking IT systems
