As RealManage growth accelerates into new regions, there is a need for a Vice President, Client Financial Shared Services (East) to join the senior leadership team, working in strong partnership with the Sr. Vice President, Client Financial Shared Services (CFSS) and all CFSS departmental leaders.
- Assist in developing the next-generation service model as it relates to Collections: Along with the VP, Collections baseline the current state in delivering on its mission and establish a near-term and longer-term vision for superior service and delivery ensuring all practices are within statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support establishing and managing productivity-driven service levels and KPIs: Determine near and long-term targets for improved productivity and implied staffing levels. Establish and drive clear KPIs for both quality and productivity.
- Partner with branch leaders and client-service staff: Develop strong working partnerships with branch leadership, both aligned to enable front-line performance and ultimately client satisfaction and client retention.
- Reinforce a culture of service excellence: Rally the CFSS organization around its mission to enable front-line staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leverage technology: Create best practices and identify opportunities to further leverage RealManage proprietary CiraConnect platform
- PLus other work related tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related degree
- Minimum of 10-15 years of accounts payable within a large company environment with high a volume capacity workload for processing
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior accounts payable leadership role
- Ability to learn and use a proprietary software
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible due to continued company growth
- Knowledge/experience in legal aspects of payables
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience working and managing offshore remote teams
- Strong judgment and decision-making capability
