A VP – Compliance Assurance Lead job has become available at one of the fastest growing financial shared services in the country that is known for providing good career progression internally.
About The VP – Compliance Assurance Lead Role
In this role, you will effectively audit APAC internal controls, compliance risk and operations that inhibit the growth and development of the bank.
- Act as a mentor for APAC auditors
- Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls for an assigned specific business unit/area
- Prepare audit reports and review validations done by auditors
- Act as a point person for audit advisory and subject matter expertise when it comes to independent testing/assurance
- Be well-versed in continuous audit monitoring and annual audit deliverables in a global corporate bank setting
- At least 15 years’ experience in compliance assurance and/or internal audit for a global investment/corporate bank or other reputable financial shared services
- CPA, CIA and CAMS certifications is preferred
- Familiarity with OFAC regulations is a big plus
- At least 10 years’ experience in supervisory or lead role in internal audit and compliance
