Our client, a leading global company, is seeking a Vice President of SAP S/4 Finance Transformation to guide their global transformation efforts. • Drive innovation and efficiency across finance processes.
• Lead multiple digital teams towards achieving data-centric operational excellence.
• Assume a pivotal strategic leadership role in driving company’s digitization efforts, focusing primarily on enabling processes and capabilities.
• Directly report to the CDO, ensuring alignment with the overall digital strategy and contributing to the digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead and inspire approx. 4 digital teams across various digital domains – mainly the Digital Finance team but also the connected areas (HR, Communications and Legal), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Act as a key advisor and partner to the regional VP’s in the North- and Latin America regions.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and management of digital products and innovations, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure the integration of data-centric, digital technologies and practices within the enabling processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
• Prioritize digital initiatives that lead to increase the business value and user benefit.
• Collaborate with business leaders (e.g. CFO, VP Human Resources) to identify opportunities for digital enhancements, ensuring alignment with Company’s strategic goals.

• Graduate degree in IT, business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
• Expr. leading the SAP S4 digital transformation in the global finance environment, is a must.
• 15yrs+ of relevant experience.
• Expr. leading large global, multicultural, on- shore and off- shore teams- in senior positions.
• Comprehensive understanding of finance operations and Shared Services Centres (SSCs) in a global context.
• Strong knowledge in solutions and tools available on the market and good understanding and long- term vision in which one to choose/ implement and why.
• Expr. in setting up and leading digital product units and strategy for Finance area (a must) and/or other enabling functions such as HR, Legal, Communication (a plus).
• Experienced in transforming a digital/IT organization into an agile, product-oriented, and business-integrated set-up.
• Deep exposure to shaping and driving strategic digital agenda to enable end-to-end process digitization and business growth.
• Solid understanding of main finance processes from a business and digital perspective.
• Ability to drive change in a collaborative way on a global scale.
• Independent, self- starter with a strong can- do attitude.
• Business fluent English.
• Relocation to Poland required/hybrid position (2 days in the office).
